Mobile App Interface Design
BACKGROUND
I worked with two other fellow graduates to create an app called Bar Butler that served the needs of working/professional bartenders. The main functionality of this app is to serve a catalog for recipes. Secondary functions included resources for enhancing the bar environment and for keeping bar patrons safe. The main ways that design played into the functionality of the app are through a focus on a minimalist layout and a color scheme that is easy to visually navigate. We wanted to maintain a stylish art-deco feel, while also providing the resources any bartender might need during a night at work.
